Saucy Mama Give-away Times Two

Today I have some really exciting news!  Not only do I have 2 fun give-away's for 2 lucky readers, but I'm also entered into the Skinny Mama Recipe contest sponsored by Saucy Mama Mustard's.
First let's talk about the give-away's :) Saucy Mama will be sending one lucky reader 3 of their wonderful mustard's.  I can't tell you how much fun I've had developing recipes with these fantastic mustard's.  You will receive Suzie's Yellow mustard (the newest mustard by  Saucy Mama), Tarragon Lemon, and my favorite, Smoky Garlic..
In the second give-away, one lucky reader will receive a Saucy Mama Red & White striped apron, Christmas Pepper Jelly, Saucy Mama's Famous Hot Wing Sauce,
Just Horsin  Around, tomato, horseradish dip and spread mix (makes 3 batches), and a bottle of Saucy Mama Dirty Martini Olive Juice (not just for martini's). You are going to love Saucy Mama products they pack a lot of flavor into your recipes and 50 blogger's were given
the challenge to come up with healthy recipes that fit into well known diet plans. The great news is that it wasn't a challenge at all.
Mustard was named one of the biggest food trends of 2012
It has lots of flavor and hardly any calories.  It's nonfat, gluten free, vegan, and has a low glycemic factor.
My first recipe is a very flavorful

 Saucy Seafood Cocktail
1 Cup of Chili Sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup
3 Tablespoons Saucy Mama Chipotle Mustard
2 Tablespoons prepared horseradish sauce
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
16 large cooked shrimp (shelled, deviened, with tails)
8 ounces of crab meat, in small bite size pieces
Whisk together first 6 ingredients until completely combined then fold in crab meat.
Divide into 4 serving glasses and place 4 shrimp on the edge of each glass.
This recipe is 4 entree servings or 8 appetizer servings, if your serving this as an appetizer place it on a platter with a bowl of the crab cocktail sauce in the center. Garnish with lemon slices.

My Second Recipe is a Smoky flavored

Roasted Asparagus w/Smoky Garlic Aioli

24 ounces of asparagus with the woody ends trimmed off (the weight is after trimming)
Non Stick Olive oil spray
1/2 teaspoon smoked sea salt
Aioli
1 Tablespoon Saucy Mama Smoky Garlic Mustard
6 Tablespoons reduced fat, olive oil mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
preheat oven to 425 degrees
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick olive oil spray. Lay the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet and spray asparagus with olive oil spray. Evenly sprinkle the smoked salt over the asparagus. bake for 8-10 minutes turning once half way through.
To make aiole sauce whisk together the Saucy Mama Smoky Garlic mustard, the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper.
Serve asparagus hot with aioli sauce. This recipe tastes like it’s been roasted in a wood burning stove thanks to the smoky flavors in the Saucy Mama Smoky Garlic mustard & smoked sea salt. It’s such a treat.
each serving is 6 ounces of asparagus and 1/6th of the aioli sauce
