Happy New Year GiveAway

Well it's almost here, 2011.   Can you believe how time flies?  To remind us that everyday is a present, I couldn't resist this wonderful 11 inch porcelain clock by America  Retold
In the center of the clock it says "Today is a gift, that's why they call it the present".

I Love America Retold products and this one is so pretty, with such a great message.

  5. Shannon your blog is gorgeous, hard to say what content I would like to see more of because you are doing such a nice job. Your blog is on the home page of my blog under my favorite blog sites. I am allergic to fresh flowers, do you ever do designs with faux flowers? I am also just getting into sewing and would love easy project ideas.

  6. Mindie,
Thank you so much for all your wonderful comments. I'm so sorry about your allergies. I do work with silk florals. The way I pick my silks is if I have to touch them, or look really, really close to see if they're real, I buy them. They are making wonderful silk florals these days, and it's so fun to have an arrangement that will last:)) I also can't believe what a good job they're doing on faux fruit and vegetables now, since I like to use these sometimes in my arrangements, I'm thrilled to see such real looking produce. I recently bought a bag of faux acorns, and they're beautiful :)

  10. Thank you so much Lorraine and Jaime, that's exactly what I want my blog to be, a daily escape from lifes woes to a place of beauty and grace. To take you back to a time when the art of entertaining and details were as important as the friends and family that came through the door. I wish you both lived closer so I could make you a beautiful cup of coffee or tea :)

  11. Hello Shannon! Happy New Year to you!

Your newest giveaway is very nice! I added it to my blog at: http://recipecontest-boona.blogspot.com/2010/12/please-check-out-shannons-shanonigins.html. And then I tweeted and put it on facebook. And I also am one of your followers here, and on NetworkedBlogs. So that should get me a bunch of entries! Hope I am your winner.

Now as far as what I would like to see more of this year, just more of you cool decor ideas and craft ideas. I am not artistic or crafty person, but I can follow if someone shows me. So just keep showing more of what you have shown us so far and I will be a happy follower
